Afya Bridge Initiative (ABI)

Mission: To bridge healthcare gaps particularly in women and youth health including HIV prevention, care and treatment, and economic strengthening through community-led, sustainable solutions.

Afya Bridge Initiative (ABI) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established as a Community Benefit Company. The founders resolved to formalize the organization to advance accessible healthcare, promote youth and women well-being, and deliver impactful community development programs.

Based in Kigali, Rwanda, ABI operates with full commitment to transparency, community ownership, and evidence-based approaches to lasting health impact.
